Chicken legs and thighs
Adam's Steak Rub
Tbsp Fresh Rosemary
Tbsp Fresh Thyme
Place chicken evenly in pan.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Lightly sprinkle with Adam's Steak Rub, chopped thyme and rosemary.
Place thinly sliced lemon over each piece of chicken.
Place under broiler on medium heat. Cook till skin is crispy and golden brown.
When ready remove the chicken and turn over. Repeat seasoning steps and place back under the broiler.
When skin is crispy brown, remove from oven.
Add fresh lemon slices and chopped parsley for decoration, plate and serve with your favorite side.
