I often like grilling Baby Back Ribs over the other cuts. They have less connective tissue than the other cuts and therefore require less time in the oven or on the grill. Being that they have more meat and less connective tissue, these ribs can be cooked at a higher heat over less time.Ingredients
1 rack of Baby Back RibsAdam's Pork RubDirections
Preheat oven to 300º F.
Peel off tough membrane that covers the bony side of the ribs. Use a butter knife to lift the membrane before peeling away with a paper towel.
Apply Adam's Pork Rub to ribs on both sides. Sprinkle, rub and press the rub into the meat.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 2-2 1/2 hours or until meat is starting to shrink away from the ends of the bone. Some folks wrap their ribs in foil to help retain moisture, before placing under the broiler before serving.
Let meat rest before cutting into serving size.
